We are moving some of our services online these include our popular "Stress Less" consultations and we are introducing the clean eating program "Taste Success".

We really appreciate all of our customers support and kind messages at this difficult time.

We are all missing our regular customers who are working from home, and we very much look forward to seeing you all instore soon.

We now have a limited online store which we are adding to daily, we can do same day delivery within Christchurch City, we really appreciate everyone who has started using this.
